The 5 Street Style Trends That Are Dominating in Copenhagen

I get it: There are a lot of fashion moments clamoring for your attention right now. In the last week alone, we’ve had the Sundance Film Festival, the Grammys, and a new royal outing, just to name a few. Now, Copenhagen Fashion Week has arrived, and I promise it’s more than worthy of your consideration too. For starters, it has the advantage of being the first fashion week on the calendar—preceding New York, London, Milan, and Paris—so the street style scene is a harbinger of what’s to come in the next fashion-filled month. This season, we again have Szymon Brzóska of The Style Stalker photographing the attendees in all their well-dressed glory.

Perhaps you’ve already scrolled through Copenhagen outfit photos that are all over Instagram—from myself included—but you aren’t a true fashion fan until you’ve gone through all the photos at least a dozen times trying to spot recurring themes both obvious and subtle—most likely between the hours of midnight and 2 a.m. with chocolate from the hotel minibar in hand. Oh sorry, is that just me? I digress. Scroll down to shop the biggest trends I personally spotted at Copenhagen Fashion Week’s F/W 20 shows.
